Preparing even the simplest meal is a joy… from harvesting fresh herbs from my tiny little garden, choosing just the right ingredients to plating the meal.
A few years ago, I found myself in the fortunate position to confidently follow the direction of my dreams by studying at Silwood School of Cookery. It was one of the highlights of my life, learning new skills and techniques. This allowed me to gain invaluable experience and confidence to open my own catering business. I have since catered for weddings, corporate functions, and privately.
Living in the Western Cape we are spoiled for choice with the abundance of beautiful fresh produce available. Be it a small independent farmer or the local Saturday market. I love sourcing local and seasonal ingredients when deciding on a menu.
My cooking speaks for itself and I pride myself in working with my clients to create an unforgettable experience. No opportunity is too small or too large. I am very flexible and will work with you to ensure your vision comes alive.
